Not only do Daken Stainless Products supply replacement plates and gaskets for Heat Exchangers, we also provide a first-class regasketing program.

We completely strip your existing heatexchanger, remove all existing gaskets and then non-abrasive clean the components so as to visually inspect the overall condition to assess the viability of refurbishment.

Inspection of the plates is a dye-penetration process, where we can assess the gasket grooves for condition and repair if required. We also examine each plate for pinholes and cracks which could result in cross contamination.

Once the plates are cleaned, new gakets are bonded to the pre-prepared grooves and oven-cured within a tightened frame to ensure a strong and secure bond.
